General Principles

1. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how VinID Pay Joint Stock Company (“VinID Pay” or “the Company” or “We”) collects, receives, compiles, stores, uses, processes, discloses, shares (“Processed”) and keeps confidential the information of relevant organizations and individuals (“User” or “you”), including customers, agents, suppliers, partners, contractors and service providers who: (i) access, use customer interaction channels, softwares owned (or developed/sponsored) by the Company or legally provided by the Company to you, including but not limited to: the Company mobile application, c-cash.vn website, other websites and groups on social networks (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) owned, and/or managed, governed by the Company (“Interactive Channel”) (hereinafter referred to as "Services").
2. Data Processing Subject and securing the User Information and relationships
   1. Services offered by the Company, including but not limited to software distribution and provision, platform management and support services, platform use training with built in tools, file conversion and uploading tools, and the feature of creating an ecosystem, software provided by us (“General Services”), allowing customers to log in and use the utilities and features on the Interactive Channels.
   2. All the User Information arising out of and/or in connection with the Joint Services will be jointly Processed and secured by VinID Pay in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
   3. For other Services which the Company provides directly or through cooperation with third parties (Separate Services), any User Information arising out of and/or in connection with the Separate Services will be Processed and secured by the Company providing the Separate Services in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
3. Privacy Policy does not apply to any services, products, websites,or content that are offered entirely by third parties, excluding those mentioned under Clause 2.3, or have their own privacy policy.
4. "User Information"; means any information, data that can be used to identify the User or upon which the User is identified and related to/arising from Services and other information referred in this Privacy Policy, such as name, nationality, telephone number, payment card and bank details, personal preferences, email address, location, photo, ID card/citizen identity card, date of birth, marital status, insurance information, transactional information, access history, customer journey. In addition, some information having sensitive nature such as race, health, religious beliefs, political views and biometric data may also be collected by the Company when necessary.
5. The User has read, understood, and agreed with the content of Privacy Policy. From time to time, the Company may at its discretion amend, supplement, and/or update this Privacy Policy. The Company will post the amended, supplemented and/or updated Privacy Policy on c-cash.vn website. The User's continued use, access to any Interactive Channel, continued participation in the Program or use of the Services constitutes the User's consent to the content of that amended, supplemented, and/or updated Privacy Policy.
6. The definitions in this Privacy Policy apply equally to the singular and plural forms of defined terms. The words "include" will be considered to be accompanied by the word "without limitation to".
7. Privacy Policy is made bilingual in Vietnamese and English, in the event of any discrepancy between Vietnamese version and English version, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
